This week is Catholic Schools Week and tomorrow is the day that Grade 1 and Grade 3 are asked to bring in a breakfast food for the teachers for Teacher Appreciation. I always take things literally so when I saw "home baked" I decided to actually bake something rather than run over to the bakery. So here's my first attempt at "Sour Cream Coffee Cake".
Looks yummy. You should slice it up and put it on a plate...that way you will have a bit left over for yourself...and your favorite sister.
